Since these products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be physically returned once the product key, activation code, or download instructions have been provided to the customer.

3. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order only before the product has been delivered.

Once the digital license key, activation code, or product access has been sent to the customer, the order is considered completed and cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel an order, you should contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.


4. Refund Eligibility

If the issue cannot be resolved and the key is confirmed to be defective or invalid, MoonavDeals may provide a replacement license key for the same product instead of issuing a refund.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The product license key has already been activated or used.
  • The customer purchased the wrong product, version, or subscription period.
  • Compatibility issues with the customer’s device, operating system, or software environment.
  • The refund request is made after the refund request period has expired.

  • The customer simply changes their mind after receiving the digital product.
